Digital Media Technology Program Produces Promotional Video for SF Athletics
GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Towards the conclusion of the 2022-2023 academic year, students from the Santa Fe College Department of Digital Media Technology utilized Vū LED Wall Technologies, Resolume software and Unreal Engine, a 3D gaming engine, to produce a cutting-edge promotional VIDEO for SF Athletics.
Select student-athletes from each respective SF Athletics team took their place in front of the 23'x13' LED video wall, and students from the Digital Media Technology B.A.S. program led the way with creative camera work, background creation and efficient directing.
Drake Harman, Chase Chappell, and Josh Hogue, members of the historic 2023 SF Baseball team, are pictured above in a still shot from the production process, while the impressive final video is linked here: https://t.ly/IApY
The student-led project was coordinated by Professor Marc Shahboz, the Lead Instructor for the Digital Media Technology programs, and Eric Flagg, Coordinator for Digital Media and Graphic Design Technology at SF.
