The committee is made up of 16 individuals from different areas of the institution and around the Alachua/Bradford County community. These members have official voting rights on any action taken by the committee.
- (Chair) Athletic Department Representative: Chanda Stebbins, Director of Athletics, Santa Fe College
- Athletic Department Representative (#2): Avery Dugan, Associate Director of Athletics, Santa Fe College
- Current Sport Head Coach Representative: Individual will rotate amongst the five head coaches.

Auxiliary Members: The committee will rely on several key individuals to help guide the work of the group. These individuals will have a particular connection with the Santa Fe College Athletic Department. The connection could be a specific expertise, work closely with, or have a specific historical understanding of Santa Fe Athletics. These members do not have voting rights and are selected by the Chair of the committee.
Meetings and Quorum: The committee will establish the meeting frequency, date, time, and location. It is acceptable for members of the committee or auxiliary members to attend the meetings via phone or video conferencing. For a quorum to exist, at least eight (8) committee members must be present for any official action to be taken. Committee member can designate a proxy to take their place if they are unable to attend a specific meeting. In this instance, the committee member must notify the Chair at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
Scope of the Committee: The committee will have the ability to request information that is relevant to the work of the group to a have a better understanding of the athletic department. Additionally, the committee can propose new initiatives, edits to current operational procedure, or invite individuals to attend future meetings.
