Important Information:

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance for scheduling considerations
Completion of this form does not guarantee Caesar's availability. You will receive confirmation via email once your request has been reviewed.
Caesar's appearances are typically limited to 15 minutes with 10 minute rest breaks in between. If additional time is needed, please note it in the request.
