Saints in Bradford County
Long standing tradition
Starke, FL
SF Men's and Women's Basketball as well as SF Volleyball continued their long standing tradition of doing a free clinic at Bradford High School. Third graders through eighth graders were able to sign up for free to enjoy a two hour basketball skills sessions with coaches and players. Coach Chris Mowry, who recently announced his retirement, and is the all time wins leader at Santa Fe led the basketball clinic. He was assisted by SF Women's Basketball Head Coach Russ Jackson and Assistant Coach James Henderson as well as multiple players. SF Achieve was also in the house to greet participants and help pass out pizza. The day continued as the court was shifted to a volleyball space as the nets were put up and SF Head Volleyball Coach Bailey Coleman as well as Assistant Coach Jenna Wiggs led the skills session for volleyball players fifth grade to twelve.
