A GAME-CHANGING PLAY
Runs-batted in from Riley Schnyder and Lily Garnett-Brown in the top of the first inning were signs of things to come, and with Kensley Durrance in the circle, St. Johns River couldn't put any offense together.
TEAM COMPARISON
Santa Fe set a new season-high with 16 hits, nine different players recorded hits, and five players had multi-hit efforts.
The Saints played error-free defense behind Durrance, who held the Vikings to just one hit.

Kensley Durrance, the FCSAA/NJCAA Region 8 Pitcher of the Week, had a dominant one-hitter. Although a few SJR batters were hit, baserunners were few and far between with Durrance in complete control. The win was her fourth consecutive, all via complete game performances.

A GAME-CHANGING PLAY
SF simply kept the pedal to the medal and had established a 7-0 lead by the middle of the fifth.
Starting pitcher Sophie Abrams continued to keep the Vikings at bay in the batter's box.
TEAM COMPARISON
The Saints produced another whopping 15 hits in this one, with another five multi-hit efforts.
Defensively, SF was once again free of errors, and Abrams kept SJR to just six hits and a walk.
