Saints Baseball players Brock Edge and Devin Hemenway have been selected to the NJCAA National All Star Team this summer and will compete in the prestigious NBC World Series in Wichita, Kansas.  The 26 man roster will compete against some the nation's best from August 1-11.  Edge and Hemenway were the only junior college players from Florida selected to the team.

Edge, the Saints everyday right fielder, had a great freshman season hitting .409 with 13 doubles, 2 triples, 10 HR's, and was selected 1^st Team All Conference and was on the All State Tournament Team.  He will be returning to Santa Fe for his sophomore season.  Left Handed Pitcher Devin Hemenway also had a great freshman campaign going 6-3 with a 2.84 ERA and 89 strikeouts in 76 innings pitched.  He was also selected 1^st Team All Conference and he will pitching next season for the University of Florida.
