
Baseball Scores Five in the Seventh, Tops ABAC 10-3
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Santa Fe College Baseball got right back into the win column on Thursday afternoon, pulling away from visiting Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College to win by a final score of 10-3.

A GAME-CHANGING PLAY
The Stallions were right there with the Saints, trailing 5-3 in the seventh inning, when SF put up five runs to go ahead 10-3 and essentially ice the game.
A key sequence came with Grant Gallagher at the plate with the bases loaded. After Zeth Rodriguez scored on a wild pitch, Gallagher tripled to clear the bases and bring the score to 8-3.
TEAM COMPARISON
The Saints kept on hitting and had 15 hits compared to eight for ABAC.
The Stallions were charged with three errors, while SF had just one on a comebacker to the mound.
It was the eighth consecutive game with SF recording at least ten hits and 12th game on the season. Additionally, the high-powered offense has now produced double-digit runs on eight occasions.
The Saints had eight extra-base hits while the Stallions had just two, both home runs.
