Bradenton, FL – The Santa Fe Saints took to the road on Saturday afternoon and came up just short against the State College of Florida, falling to the Manatees 66-62 in Bradenton.
Still without the services of leading scorer Morris Marshall, and only dressing eight players, the Saints (6-4) led at the halftime break 33-30 but couldn't maintain the lead down the stretch.
Allen Baez led SF with 22 points, including six three pointers, Michael Sanchez had 14 points, including four threes, and Brandon Williams had nine points.
The Saints will stay on the road for a game against Pasco Hernando State College on Wednesday, December 3 at 7:00 PM in New Port Richey.
