Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints went on the road the day after Thanksgiving and picked up a convincing win over Hillsborough CC, defeating the Hawks 73-59.

The Saints (5-3) led by as many as 19 in the second half and closed out the GAME with their best free throw performance of the season.  SF was 17-for-19 from the charity stripe in the second half, and 20-for-23 on the game.

"I thought we defended really well today," said SF Coach Chris Mowry.  "This was the best game we've had from the free throw line.  Our guys have been working hard to improve and it showed today."

David Lee Jones finished with a team high 16 points, Josh Hawkins had 13, and Nick Grier 10.

The Saints will continue on the road on Saturday, November 26 against State College of Florida in Bradenton at 4:00 PM.
