
Saints Fall to Eighth Ranked Raiders
Seminole State College of Florida traveled to Gainesville, Florida for a conference doubleheader.

Game two of the doubleheader was postponed to a date TBD due to lightnining in the area.
In game one of the day, Seminole State jumped out to a lead, and were able to battle back late to knock off Santa Fe 4-3. The Raiders scored two runs through the first five innings of the game to take a 2-0 lead. In the home half of the fifth Santa Fe scored three runs to take the first lead of the game 3-2. A two run sixth inning helped Seminole State win game one.
Karris Rhine went 1-4, scoring one run and driving two runs home. Madison Conway was also 1-4 with an RBI. Ryleigh Bennett went 6.0 innings allowing seven hits and four runs (two earned runs). Bennett walked two and struck out three. Belle Mancillas went 1.0 innings with zeros across the board.
The Saints are back in action on Thursday afternoon as they travel to Eastern Flroida State College for a doubleheader starting at 2:00 PM.
