Jackson Scores 26 but Saints Fall to Pensacola, 89-73
Gainesville, FL – Santa Fe College guard Stephanie Jackson scored a game high 26 points for the Saints on Friday afternoon in Jacksonville against Pensacola State College, but it wasn’t enough as the Pirates defeated SF 89-73 on the first day of the Florida Colleges Shootout.

Gainesville, FL – Santa Fe College guard Stephanie Jackson scored a game high 26 points for the Saints on Friday afternoon in Jacksonville against Pensacola State College, but it wasn't enough as the Pirates defeated SF 89-73 on the first day of the Florida Colleges Shootout.
Santa Fe (4-5) trailed by just five after a solid first half, but PSC slowly pulled away in the third to stretch it to double digit margin and finished the game off with a 24-18 advantage in the fourth quarter for the final 89-73 score.
Joining Jackson in double figures were Julie Fournier with 19 and Ivana Boyd with 12.
