Muñeca Oliver stands out as a paragon of dedication in the realms of basketball coaching and military service. As a proud veteran of the Navy, she served with distinction during Operation Enduring Freedom, earning a National Defense Medal and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Her journey in basketball, marked by over twenty years of involvement, reflects her commitment to excellence, both as a player and a coach.

In her impressive career, Muñeca has demonstrated remarkable resilience and professionalism. Particularly notable are her achievements at Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM), where she served as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator last season. Under her guidance, AUM celebrated the most conference wins in the program's history and the first-ever three-game winning streak in the Gulf South conference, setting new benchmarks for the team's performance.

Her coaching accolades include being honored as the 2019-2020 SIAA Coach of the Year in her inaugural year as Head Coach at DME Sports Academy, a testament to her exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Her experience as a Division 1 student-athlete in the Big South Conference has profoundly influenced her coaching approach, allowing her to connect with and inspire her athletes deeply.

Muñeca holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.Ed. in Education with a specialization in Athletic Coaching. This academic foundation enhances her practical coaching skills, enabling her to develop well-rounded, high-performing teams.

Her career spans various roles, from Assistant Coach at Auburn University at Montgomery to Director/Head Women's Basketball Coach at DME Sports Academy. In each role, she has excelled in athlete development, team management, and financial oversight.
