Throughout the past season, Jackson consistently performed at a high level, earning him a nomination on the National Scouting Bureau Junior College Division 1 Second Team. Over 15 appearances and 98.1 innings pitched, he posted a 2.20 ERA, the second lowest in the FCSAA, and earned a FCSAA best 11 wins, which is tied for the second most in NJCAA Division I.
The nomination to JUCO Division 1 Second Team only adds to the list of Justin Jackson's awards for the 2024 season, previously being named to the FCSAA's Citrus Conference First Team as well as being awarded the FCSAA Pitcher of The Year.
The National Scouting Bureau is a well-recognized organization in the baseball community, focused on player development as well as assessment. The Bureau was created by former scouts, coaches, and performance experts who use data analytics to further training styles and provide student-athletes with resources with enhancing player performance and recognition as their goal.
