
Saints Announce Six Baseball Signees

Santa Fe Saints Baseball and Head Coach Johnny Wiggs are excited to announce incoming signees for the 2024-2025 season.
Ryan Chase was a team captain for Land O' Lakes High School and earned team offensive player of the year as a first baseman while achieving a 3.2 GPA. In 35 games for the Gators, Chase hit .289 with a .373 on-base percentage (OBP), 28 hits, 24 RBIs, 14 runs, 11 walks, and seven stolen bases.
Tucker Hansen was a four-year varsity starter and played catcher at Naples High School. In 90 games for the Golden Eagles, Hansen hit .280 with a .398 OBP, 59 hits, 44 RBIs, 39 walks, 27 runs, and eight stolen bases.
Kolten Leach was a district champion, two-time regional runner-up, and made the honor roll for Lincoln High School.
Ethan Monrad was a defensive player of the year for Fort Myers High School while achieving a 4.6 GPA. In 45 games for the Green Wave, Monrad hit .312 with a .414 OBP, 40 hits, 29 RBIs, 17 walks, and 13 runs.
Wyatt Tesar played for St. John Neumann Catholic High School and won the All Faiths Classic in Las Vegas, NV.
Brady Wright went to East Lake High School and earned a Pinellas County All-Star Gae Selection and achieved a 4.1 GPA. In 25 appearances for the Eagles, Wright had a 13-3 record with a 1.52 ERA, .173 opponent batting average, and 110 strikeouts.
