Gainesville, FL – Over the course of the summer, four more men’s basketball players have joined Kevin O’Brien in signing with upper division schools, with one more likely to sign very soon. Ty Birts finished his sophomore season averaging nine points per game, nearly doubling his output from his freshman season. He signed with Lindenwood University, a NCAA Division II school in Missouri earlier in the summer, joining a Lions team that went 16-14 during the 2015-16 season under Head Coach Lance Randall.

Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints ran into a buzz saw in the form of Brandon Tabb on Wednesday evening in Gainesville, as Tabb nailed eight three pointers and 33 points to lead the College of Central Florida to a 86-79 win over SF (12-13, 3-3 MFC). SF took the first match-up between the two teams in Ocala on January 16, 79-78.
