Flood, Taylor-Hodge Leads Saints Past Atlanta Metro, 76-66
Gainesville, FL – Sophomores D-Juan Taylor-Hodge and Sean Flood paced the Santa Fe Saints on Saturday against Atlanta Metro College, leading SF (4-1) to a big 76-66 win, a day after a close loss to tournament hosts Gordon State College. Taylor-Hodge had a game high 20 points and Flood scored 16 for a short handed Saints team missing three key rotational players.

Gainesville, FL – Sophomores D-Juan Taylor-Hodge and Sean Flood paced the Santa Fe Saints on Saturday against Atlanta Metro College, leading SF (4-1) to a big 76-66 win, a day after a close loss to tournament hosts Gordon State College. Taylor-Hodge had a game high 20 points and Flood scored 16 for a short handed Saints team missing three key rotational players.
"It wasn't the prettiest game, but our guys did what we needed to do to get a win," said SF Coach Chris Mowry. "We will work on getting healthy and continue working hard in practice."
Santa Fe led Atlanta Metro 35-27 at the half and put up 41 points in a strong second half to secure the win.
Malik Morrow also scored in double figures for Santa Fe with 12 points, and Alsean Evans had nine.
"Every one stepped up and had to play some heavy minutes for us today," said Mowry. "D-Juan and Sean picked us up on offense and Alsean and Darrell had big all around games for us."
The Saints will be back in action on Tuesday, November 14 at home against Victory Rock Academy at 7:00 p.m.
