GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Threes rained down for No. 23 Santa Fe College Men's Basketball (9-1) as the Saints throttled visiting Hillsborough inside the SF Gymnasium, 106-71.

First Half – SF 51, HCC 42
Brandon Farmer hit the first triple to give SF an early 6-2 advantage, but the Hawks stayed close up until the half's midway point.

SF was 10-of-20 from beyond the arc and 18-of-35 from the floor, and although Hillsborough was also finding some offensive success by shooting 50 percent (17-of-34), the Hawks were unable to contain the Saints' perimeter attack.
Second Half – SF 106, HCC 71
The Hawks were able to cut the deficit to as low as six points, 57-51, with 14:51 on the clock.
That is when the floodgates began to open, however, and SF put the game well out of reach, starting with a 12-2 run that brought the score to 69-53 with 11:42 on the clock.
Leading 77-61 with just under eight minutes remaining, the Saint's next six baskets all came from deep, as the guards were able to continue to penetrate and kick mercilessly to the shooters on the wings and corners in the 35-point win.
