July 25, 2017 Gainesville, FL – Eight players from the 2016-17 MidFlorida Conference champion Santa FE Saints women's basketball team have signed with upper division schools.

Gainesville, FL – The FCSAA #6 Santa Fe Saints (19-10) fought from 12 down in the second half on Wednesday afternoon in Ocala at the FCSAA Tournament, defeating the Broward College Seahawks 85-79 to advance on to the state semifinals Friday.

Gainesville, FL – Losing games isn’t something the Saints did much of in conference play this season, winning their first 10 contests to start MFC play, but over their last three SF (17-9, 10-3 MFC) has failed to notch a win. The three defeats have come by a combined eight points.

Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints (2-0) broke a school record on Wednesday evening, scoring 125 points in a win over IMG Academy. The previous record of 123 was set in 2007 against LSU Eunice. The previous best for a home game was 110, scored in 1980. The Saints have outscored their opponents by a combined 231-98 through the first two games.
