Miami, FL
Santa Fe traveled to Miami Dade College for their conference matchup on Saturday afternoon as the Saints fell 72-55. Miami Dade started early and did not look back through the ball game. The Sharks outscored SF 29-13 in the first quarter, setting the tone for the remaining three-quarters of basketball. Miami Dade kept the foot on the gas scoring 17 points in the second quarter and took a 46-22 lead into the halftime break. Santa Fe came out strong in the second half, but the lead was already too big to climb out of as SF fell in conference play.
