Santa Fe battled back in the second half to take a late lead before FSCJ ran away with the game.

For the second time this season Santa Fe and Florida State College at Jacksonville faced off against each other. For the second time this season, FSCJ (12-3) knocked off Santa Fe (4-9), this time in Gainesville by a score of 76-71. SF trailed by as many as 10 points early in the first half but battled back to take a one-point lead with 10 minutes left in the second half. The two teams kept it with in a five-point game until the final buzzer.
Karmello Branch led the way for Santa Fe scoring 32 points in the loss. Branch scored his first basket of the game with 6:57 left in the first half but scored in bunches the remaining 26 minutes. Branch finished with six made three-point baskets and 6 for 9 at the charity stripe. Ryan Webster and Connor Morris were the two other Saints in double figures. Webster finish with 13, while Morris finished with 12. Webster knocked in three triples, while Morris hit two.
This was Santa Fe's last game of 2024, they are back in action on January 3rd at 6:00 PM versus Southern Crescent Technical College.
