
Big Second Half Propelled Saints to Win
Indian River State College made the trip to Gainesville, Florida for a conference game on Saturday afternoon.

The Saints used a 65-point second half effort to knock off Indian River 89-68. The Saints had a slow start on the offensive end of the floor in the first half scoring just 24 points; however, holding Indian River to just 33. Indian River hit two three-point baskets to start the second half of the game, but that was the only life they had in them in the second half as the Saints scored 65-points to run away with the game. The Saints knocked in twelve second half three-point baskets in the outing.
Santa Fe was led by the sophomore guard, Ryan Webster with 21 points. Webster finished 5/6 from beyond the arc, while dishing out seven assists in the win. Webster was one of four Saints in double figures. Karmello Branch went for 20 points in the win going 7/8 from the free throw line and hitting three triples. Connor Morris added 19 points for the Saints, knocking in four three pointers.
As a team SF dished out 22 assists and knocked in 25 three pointers, both season highs for the Saints.
The Saints are back in action on Saturday when Daytona State comes to town at 4:00 PM.
