Saints Pick Up Big Road Win Over Pasco, 102-65
Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints hit the road on Monday afternoon, two days after their thrilling home win over Daytona State College. Instead of a letdown game, the Saints turned it up a notch and defeated Pasco-Hernando State College, 102-65.

Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints hit the road on Monday afternoon, two days after their thrilling home win over Daytona State College. Instead of a letdown game, the Saints turned it up a notch and defeated Pasco-Hernando State College, 102-65.
All nine player that saw action scored for Santa Fe, with six in double figures, led by 20 from D-Juan Taylor-Hodge.
"We really shot the ball well from three and also shared the basketball, playing very unselfishly," said SF Coach Chris Mowry.
The Saints made 16 three pointers as a team with seven of those coming in a first half that saw SF jump out to a 50-24 lead at the halftime break. Santa Fe's offense was equally as effective in the second half, nailing nine three's in a 52 point half.
SF outrebounded the Bobcats 37-30 and held them to 41.8% shooting from the field.
Five other players joined Taylor-Hodge in double figures, including: Malik Morrow 17, Brady Fernandes 12, Lazar Djurovic 12, Ivan Smith 11, and Sean Dinkins 10.
Santa Fe will be on the road on Saturday, Feb. 3 ay 7:30 p.m. for a big Mid-Florida Conference game against the College of Central Florida. The Patriots lead the MFC with a 6-0 record and the Saints are behind them in second at 4-2.
