SAINTS GRADUATE
Over 40 Student-Athletes are 2024 Spring or Summer Graduates
Gainesville, FL
The Santa Fe Saints had a busy week with the baseball and softball teams participating in the FCSAA Region VIII tournament and Spring 2024 Commencement. SF Baseball played at Florida SouthWestern in the first round of the FCSAA Region VIII at the same time as commencement. The Saints had three teams reach post season play this year (women's basketball, softball, and baseball) and were able to celebrate athletic achievements, numerous graduates, as well as many students signing with upper division schools. The Spring 2024 Commencement celebrates both spring and summer graduates and Santa Fe athletics had over 40 student-athletes meet the requirements to walk as a spring or summer graduate. NJCAA and FCSAA academic awards will come out in about a month and after a strong academic year, the Saints look to fair well in that area as well.
In addition to the graduates, the Saints also have numerous student-athletes who have signed scholarships to play at the next level. The Saints expect more to sign in the coming weeks.

The Saints have had multiple student-athletes continue their careers at UF, most notably being former Saints Corey Staples (women's basketball) and Tyler Shelnut (baseball).
